In other words, we can debate whether Mr. Obama has a pinch of momentum or whether the race is instead flat, but it’s improbable that Mr. Romney would have a day like this if he still had momentum."

The early voting in NC is being driven by the Dems get out the vote. Unlike the Repub. The Dems are on the streets and banging on doors. I saw when the Romney people left NC they must have seen the fall of Mr Steal your pension and load you with debt Romney.

Im not entirely sure what basis you have for this statement, but there is no factual data to back up that anything related to Obama is 'falling apart'.

I see that Lyin Ryan is heading to Ala. and Ga. Could it be that Mr Steal your pension and load you with debt Romney is about to lose the bible belt?

Who would of thought, huh? Maybe foreign policy does matter or maybe Obama's constant harping on Romney's flip flopping brought attention to it that he has so far escaped.

I think the far right is setting the table to whine and complain about the legitimacy of Obama's second term by trying to motivate enough of the core to get a popular vote win even though the electoral win looks out of reach now.

Well today pretty much showed that Romney's momentum has stalled. Did he get enough? Will it reverse over the next 10 days slightly? Time will tell but from across the political spectrum, the news today basically shows Obama's chances got a little brighter.

Final countdown is coming up.

so now you are saying: "back on top" you admit, he wasn't there a few days ago. I could sware all the libs said Obama was ahead in every electorial count...I also am amazed to see, NC toss up, I think it is pretty well accepted it will most likely go Romney

That sounds about right, but Mr Steal your Pension and load you with debt Romney should be having his VP in swing states? The voters in Ala. and Ga. will go out for whatever Repub. comes along. Unless the Bain Capital nightmare is finally hitting in those states?
