Instant polling may not reveal much about the longer-term results of the debate, but an online poll by Google Consumer Surveys showed 48 percent of registered voters thought Obama did a better job in the debate, while 31 percent said Romney did better.
Among registered women, though, Obama won 55 to 28.

in reality, people get paid for more than work they do, as people who bring more experience and a track record of success will get paid more for the job regardless of gender....so why as a boss would I pay someone equal for the work alone? A track recrod tells me they will perform better and I will pay more...
Equal pay activist Lilly Ledbetter weighed in on Mitt Romney’s bizarre “binders full of women” comment that launched a near instantaneous meme and became the most-watched moment of the presidential debate. The moment in question came in response to a serious question over equal pay for women during Tuesday night’s presidential debate.
“The binders disturbed me. That was unnerving to be talking about binders,” Ledbetter told MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell on Wednesday’s The Last Word
