That is what is wrong with WI. In Texas, someone in your yard stealing something gets shot.

The good guy would not be in the hospitial and the bad guys would be in the funeral home.

So true..this guy in San Angelo caught someone trying to take down his sign for a councilman in his yard and shot him 3 times. The guy ended up living, but no charges filed. I love Texas!

I heard a song one time that goes a little something like this:

God Blessed Texas with his own hands

He brought down angels from the promised land

He game them a place where they could dance

If you wanna see Heaven, Bubba here's your chance

I've been sent to spread the message

You'll get shot in Texas!

It concerns me that whoever was behind this felt it was acceptable behavior.

I am really concerned at the level of anger in this country.

Not really up on the news and the large number of death threats to Obama that've been recorded. eh? Or is it just you self-Righteously approve of those death threats?

Lightbulb Thanks for the thread.

Part of the statement from the Senator...

Sean was wrestled to the ground by both persons, held down by a constricting chokehold, and struck repeatedly about the face and head. He nearly passed out from the chokehold and suffered contusions to his face and eyes. Fortunately, an alert neighbor heard the commotion, scared the individuals away, and called the police.

If you can't beat them fairly, beat them up.

I'm sure you who are on the left are appalled at this behavior and want honest and civil discourse during the final days of the election. Right?

Very sad....

Thanks for the thread? It's at least the 5th thread about the incident. And who knows, from what little we know, what ensued between this guy and his attacker?

Seems like anti Tea party people who are often violent but never get news coverage. Of course the left here on CD always make false claim to tea party violence which appears non-existent.

If you are Indy or Conserv, these crimes of violence will become more likely from now thru late January when Romney wins.

Another good reason to 'carry'.
