so you really are saying only Redneck states will vote for Romney: Don't you think you are beinhg a little partican here? There are some states that do not fall into either catagory or might lean one way but still could go either...Having Obama ahead is understandable, but by a large margin, not likely.

I am one Republican that does not have Or or MN going for Romney and there are a lot that do not. As for Ca, I have never even given any thought to who would carry the state, but it hasn't always been so blue..

Based on STATE POLLS and awarding "ON THE FENCE" STATES to Romney, Obama still comes out ahead at 281 to 257.

I am holding you to that. Don't forget...the gay marriage proclamation was voted down in California, mostly due to the large number of Mormons in that state...California also has a lot of rich folks...who are not happy with Obama.
California went red in 1988....it has happened.

Being very, very generous to Mittens, I still see him coming up short. I can already see the post election headline. 'GOP cries foul, Obama cheated.'

Obama: 277
Romney: 261

That's a really cool way of doing it. We take for granted how many large states that the Dem candidate can count on.

Mine came out 303-235; Obama wins.
