I just don't think this is something any of us should even be thinking about: 1st, it is unlikely, regardless of the severity of the storm it will have much inpact in 9 more days, being it should make land in the next day or two. and secondly, if the storm is that bad, I would hope there would be a way to handle the problems with people getting to the polls...
And if you really want to be serious about this then Romney would win. It is well known that the Mormon Church encourages it's members to be self reliant. That includes having a years supply of food on hand. Romneys family is old school Mormon. I have no doubt that the Romney's have more then the essentials on hand and the skills to survive. I seriously doubt that Obama even knows which end of the pig bacon comes from....
Mormons are famous for prepping. 0bama would perish without his arugula.
