Yep, I'll bet he was joking, although with him, you can honestly never tell what he's thinking, because half the time he doesn't either!

If this does come to pass, however, it will be a great thing for President Romney's reelection bid, won't it?

For anyone bashing Biden, I see that you don't respect a man that says what he means and sticks with his convictions, in other words, integrity. Don't you ever wonder why the Romney camp has not come up with any scandals concerning Biden in all of the years that he has been in public service? Biden is a real patriot and an honest defender and advocate for the poor and middle class.
