NEWSFLASH! White, middle-aged, successful, non-handout receiving men like me voted for Obama. Get used to it GOP. It's not a race issue... it's a logical issue. You decided to pander to the crazies on the religious right, so you lost voters like me. You Repubs also seemed to have flunked basic math in grade school when it comes to tax cuts.

The more I hear Republicans talk like this clown in Maine, the more I'm happy with my decision to re-elect Obama.

.....and they just keep wondering why they took an ass beating last week. They're bound and determined to stay stuck on stupidity and bigotry, even if it means extinction for their party.

Astounding. You can't make this stuff up. No one would believe you. Blacks by the HUNDREDS in small towns voting in Maine? They really think that anyone with half a brain is gonna buy that? Really? SMH..

Webster, in response to the reaction to his recent allegations that 'dozens' of mysterious blacks voted in Maine on Election Day:
Maine GOP Chair Charlie Webster discusses GOP legislative losses | wcsh6.com
Quote:
“I have a couple friends that I play basketball with who are black and I’m sure I’m going to get a few elbows that next time we play.”

I'll bet you anything that Charlie is one of those guys who, when he's not talking about all two of his black friends (who, of course, play basketball because, well, they're black, right, Charlie?), spends a lot of time wondering why on Earth blacks don't vote for Republicans like him more often.

Come on! You got post this gem of a quote from the Maine GOP Chairperson:

"In some parts of rural Maine, there were dozens, dozens of black people who came in and voted on Election Day," he said in an interview with WSCH TV. "Everybody has the right to vote, but nobody in town knows anybody that's black -- how did that happen? I don't know. We're going to find out."

Dude... it's 2012. I'm sure there are people even in the most rural parts of Maine with cell phones that would have taken pics of such an unusual development.
