Yes, I'm an artist. I produce works of art.

And how can you tell someone is gay over the phone?

You don't understand where I live do you... LOL I'm in Texas.
Now call me with an Asian or Indian accent... You may have a chance, until I tell you I'm backlogged for 6 months, can you wait?

Then you cannot control who purchases those works of "art." Once your "product" is sold, it is no longer property of yours.

And when I call you with a good white bread Texas accent and you tell me I don't have to wait because you aren't backlogged, then you would be discriminating. But it is Texas, so that type of behavior is probably encourage in that state.

Again marriage isn't a right.

Agreed but show proof I said it did.
It does effect others religious freedoms for one example.
The Supreme Court says marriage is a right.

And a business that makes cakes isn't accepting anything. It's baking cakes. When I go into a bakery and buy chocolate croissants, the business has no interest beyond my paying for those croissants. If I go home and smear the croissants all over my lover's body, and carefully lick up each crumb, each smear of chocolate, does the business care? If the owners are religious, are they going to refuse to sell me croissants? What if my lover is married? Are they going to refuse to sell to me then? When they sell me my croissants, is that some sort of endorsement for adultery? How?

The religious right says they have no interest in controlling others, but that's not true. They are all about judging and controlling.

Does government own my business?
I bet you think I'm a Christian, too.
You can discriminate.

Your business has to follow the law. If the law says IT cannot discriminate against certain groups, then doing so can result in the state and individuals turning to legal remedies. Which is their right.

Here in lies the problem. At that point my freedom to work and provide for my family, is limited by the government that owns me and especially my business. To then work, and provide for my family I MUST become an employee, instead of being the competition for the company that just hired me.... The rich get richer.

I don't need a business license to construct works of art, in consumers homes and businesses.
I can take their check to their bank and cash it, without record of any payment to show an audit.
You as an employee, do not have that option.

That is called being paid under the table, I believe that is illegal. Though if you aren't making much, then you can probably get away with it pretty easy. Though if you are working under the table, you are probably also collecting government welfare and are a part of that 47% that doesn't pay any federal taxes.

How are you going to know I discriminated against you?
Either you have the time to wait for my unreasonable backlog to clear up, or you pay 10-20 times what you would, if you just go to another city 65 miles away to my competition.
