I like all the candidates so far, I could see myself voting for anyone of them. I Don't know if I could find myself voting for Christi at this point and I still need more info on ahen before making a decision.
I am certainly in the anyone but Hillary camp.
Ultimately for me living in California it is a forgone conclusion that my presidential vote doesn't really matter.
A vote for a Republican matters in California, it just doesn't go down the path of good sense...
The Republicans who have announced are all young, bright thinkers, with ideas that really differ from that of the establishment in charge in Washington now.
Really provides a sharp contrast to the Democrats who are all "old heads" with the same tried slogans, thoughts and ideas that they've had since the 60's.
Should be interesting no matter what the matchup is- Cruz, Paul, Rubio, or Walker vs. Clinton, Warren, Sanders or Biden.
Hopefully the few good remaining people in California can turn the tide.
There's more than a few good people remaining in California. That aside, the ship is already turning. Look where we were at the end of the last Republican administration and look where we are now... The difference is day and night...

Your use of the word "bright" might be a little generous. You're right that this batch of Republicans are younger than what the Democrats put forward. But the winds are already blowing towards the left for 2016. The majority of Americans have rejected conservative principles as a foundation for governing this nation (twice in as many elections). Most people want to hear what an individual is for and not just what they're against & manufactured conspiracies. Also, the electoral map favors the Democrats. For a Republican to win they would pretty much have to shoot the moon...
In 2024 or sooner Republicans are going to have to worry about politicians like Kamala Harris & Cory Booker to name a couple. Booker is newly minted in the Senate and ambitious and if Harris wins Barbara Boxer's seat, she will be in a safe position and free to pursue national issues with little risk of being voted out of office...
Speaking as a conservative, I rate the field as an A-. It is the first time in my lifetime that I have a tough time deciding whom I like the best. Usually I have to settle for whom I don't like the least. I'm leaning towards Cruz but I can see a case for Walker, Rubio, or Paul.
The minus only enters in because all of them are relatively inexperienced. Cruz, Rubio, and Paul are all first term senators, and Walker has no FP cred.
Hillary may well win it, but still as of 2016 the GOP has four solid conservative candidates plus more in the wings such as Jindal, Martinez, etc. The Dems have one 69-yr-old running on her husband's name and little else. As a conservative looking ahead to the future, I can live with that.
Right now the Republican field looks much stronger than the Dem field in my opinion. The Dems still have the so called blue wall that's a significant hurdle for any Republican Prez Candidate. They'll need a candidate to connect with hispanics to crack some holes in the wall.
