Dear Ms Clinton,

I want you to save your money. There are about 15 states suing the EPA. Don't bother to stop at Chipotle in those states on the campaign trail because the people who live there are going to want to know how skyrocketing electric bills will help the middle class. You know, it's not just their own utility bills. Businesses will hike their prices when their electric rates go though the roof and the middle class will pay more for food, other products and services when they go shopping.

So, 296,000 jobs going, going, gone and soaring electric bills... I know you support President Obama's policies...at least until you get the Democratic nomination, so can you tell us, Champion of The Middle Class, how exactly does the EPA's Clean Power Plan help the middle class?

"Critics say the regulations strip power from the states and will lead to higher electricity prices for consumers, among other consequences. “The EPA’s proposed Clean Power Plan will wreak havoc on American consumers and businesses through skyrocketing electricity costs, job losses and a weakened grid,” said Mike Duncan, president and CEO of the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity. “This administration is usurping the traditional lawmaking authority of the states and gambling with our nation’s economic future, all in an attempt to piece together a highly politicized presidential climate legacy.”

Obama's climate-change rules could kill nearly 300K jobs: report - Washington Times

I know the media just wants to know what your favorite color is and what games you play with your grandchild but I suspect someday when you least expect it, a real person from the middle class will actually ask you a question on one of your stops so I just think you should be prepared.

Sincerely,
Concerned Middle Class Citizen
