The vast majority of snakes are not poisonous either. Nonetheless, most fear snakes due to the death and harm created by those venemous species.
1. Illegals are here illegally
2. Illegals "consume" $25K in federal support every year, while "paying in " $10K, thus $15K loss per head
3. Current immigration laws are ignored
4. 36% of those in federal prisons are illegals
5. Illegals drive down wages and erode the middle class
6. Illegals are mostly illiterate not only in English, but Spanish as well
7. Education systems are "dumbed down" attempting to teach a large cohort of illiterates
8. No nation has been strengthened by absorbing an impoverished cohort who will not assimilate
Wake up
Virtually all of your arguments are the exact same arguments made against LEGAL immigrants from places like Ireland in the past. They were lousy and largely racist arguments then and they are lousy and largely racist arguments today.

America will do just fine.

So...you admit to supporting illegal immigration and open borders. That's despicable!
After all, why else would you deflect and rant about legal immigration in the past?
Besides, you don't seem to understand that "illegal alien" is NOT a race. In the past, ICE has deported illegals back to 189 different countries. Let me educate you---189 different countries covers every race, religion and ethnicity. It doesn't matter where in the world an illegal alien comes from. Nor does it matter if they overstayed a visa or sneaked across the border. They all have one thing in common and that is this---they have no business being here and need to leave.
Those immigrants in the past came here and were processed at Ellis Island. Not all of them got to stay. Some were put right back on the boat that brought them here. Unlike illegal aliens, these immigrants had a right to be here. Period.

No, we didn't need to institute ESL education for Irish immigrants, or build them separate schools entirely as in Maryland.
The Irish didn't comprise 25% of 2.4 million federal prisoners.
One-third of failed European immigrants returned home. That never happens with today's immigrants.
Illegal Irish immigrants weren't getting in-state tuition discounts in a society with rising college costs that increasingly requires a bachelor's just to get your foot in the door.
Illegal Irish immigrants weren't still collecting welfare at twice the rate of the native population three generations later.
I present the entire state of California as exhibit A: an open-borders state with the highest income inequality in the nation, dwindling middle class, and the illegal population and their advocates continue to demand more after decades of this.

Ken obviously doesn't understand the difference between legal immigration and illegal immigration. Or maybe he does and this is just another manifestation of his defend Obama at all costs and in all circumstances schtick.
The vast majority of illegal immigrants are NOT "rapists and murderers". Anyone who believes otherwise is racist idiot.
Ken
Probably the one and only time we are going to agree. Anyone who has spent time working w/ Mexicans knows that they are as a whole the single most hardworking people on God's green earth. Trump's comments were either bigoted, ignorant, disingenuous. If I had to guess, it would be the last of the three.
It does not follow that I agree w/ Obama's amnesty policy. If we are to have a massive welfare state, we have to have stringent border control to go with it. In general the welfare state creates a need for rules, regulations, nannyism, and fences. If we did not have the massive welfare state I would be the first to argue that Mexico's loss=our gain. With the welfare state, Mexico's loss=our potential burden.
An "informed" voter supporting one who helped gut the middle class with NAFTA and China trade status, ruin the economy by stopping Glass-Steagle, let men die in Benghazi, accumulated a fortune through "pay to play" politics, and has not told the truth for the last 50 years.
How in the world could anyone with an ounce of objectivity support such a crook whose actions have worked in direct opposition to the benefit of the nation for personal gain.
I'm very surprised to see a conservative agree with me in how harmful repealing Glass-Steagle was and how harmful NAFTA is. But where are you and other conservatives supporting those views in the ballot box? No Republican I could vote for would be any better on those issues than Hillary. You conservatives have successfully kept America a two-party country by refusing alterations to our Electoral College that could break up the two party duopoly. Hillary's a conservative at heart but at least she won't ban abortion or put nutjobs like Scalia and Thomas on the Supreme Court, that's the only thing really separating her from the Republicans so I'd rather she win.
How does Obama's approval rating compare to Bush's at this time in his presidency?
In fact, EVERY president since (not including) JFK has had a LOWER approval rating at some point in their administrations than Obama has EVER had.
Apparently the American people disagree with your assessment.
There's reasons for that:
Housing market recovered, stock market recovered, went from losing 800,000 jobs/month to creating 200,000+ jobs/month, lowest new unemployment claims in 40 years last week, longest stretch of continuous job growth since 1999 and 2014 had the best job growth in 15 years, UE rate way below where it was when he took office. As Obamacare takes root and the vast majority of claims and predictions by the GOP are proven to be ignorant or deliberate lies, acceptance and approval of the law is rising and the RCP average disapproval is now below 50% (and will continue to drop over the next year).
When all is said and done, Obama's legacy will be just fine and history will view him pretty kindly. He's done a good job under very difficult conditions with absolutely no help at all from the GOP. I'm VERY pleased.
Ken
1. Highest number of unemployed citizens (that is the real number, Ken, not the contrived unemployment rate).
2. 15% reduction in American wages
3. Highest number of citizens living in poverty
4. Highest number of citizens living off food stamps
5. "Jobs created" are mostly part time, low paying jobs
6. Obamacare simply expanded medicaid roles and increased healthcare costs
7. Record debt at $18 trillion. Obama has essentially racked up as much debt as all previous presidents combined.
8. Middle East in turmoil
9. Eastern Europe threatened by Russia
10. The far east threatened by China
11. Open borders with floods of illegals
12. Expanded spying on US citizens
13. Higher taxes
14. Expanded "wealth gap"
Gee......................... it is a liberal paradise!
