Although I'm sure many posters here will disagree strongly with the New York Times' endorsements of Clinton and McCain as major party candidates, many of us will be happy to read their thoughts on Rudy (the screaming skull) Giuliani;
Quote:
The Times declares Giuliani to be a "narrow, obsessively secretive, vindictive man" whose "arrogance and bad judgment are breathtaking."
Finally someone (besides "Vanity Fair") willing to point out the truth about this huckster and hustler.
To quote from Rudy's butt-boy down here in TX, Gov. Rick (pretty hair) Perry; "adios mo-fo".

I agree with the the condemnation of Giuliani. He really is an incredible joke. I liken him to Simon Bar Sinister from the old "Underdog" cartoon.
Evidently the country is not yet ready for a different direction if Clinton vs McCain is the choice, same old same old. Not that there is really anything better out there, sadly. A Huckabee or Obama candidate would certainly be more interesting choices. Could be a real shakeup. Maybe we just need another 9/11 to awaken a tired and weary nation.

I agree with you on the McCain/Hillary comment. 100% more of the same. Huckabee wants to recreate the Constitution to be more evangelical. No thanks. Another 9/11 would prove Ron Paul's comments that they're attacking us here because we're over there. I'm sure it will just be spun to eradicate even more of our civil rights and degrade the Constitution again, in the name of security.
Those who sacrifice freedom for security deserve neither. - Ben Franklin
Those who have the most to lose did the least to prevent it. - Ronald Reagan.
