Don't think Rubio will win too much support from law enforcement officers with this type of rhetoric. Apparently he has a "friend" who was pulled over 8 -9 times in the past 18 months, apparently just for being black. With the country club set Rubio hangs around with, I'd like to know exactly who this "friend" is.
Which party controls the cities that have thrown their police forces under the bus in lieu of the violent criminals? I think this will yield your answer.
You don't live in the city do you? Just another WASP suburbanite or country bumpkin, if the cops were being actively hamstrung by their Democratic "overlords" as you probably put it, then why do cops have so much power? Let me smack my brain out of my head, the ridiculousness is too much

This made absolutely no sense whatsoever. Why do they have so much power? They are ****ing cops who enforce the law. I think you smacked your brain out long ago.
Let's put this in perspective. There are estimated 1.2 million cops. There are 219 million people eligible to vote in this country. So cops are 0.5% of all eligible voters. Makes no difference whatsoever.
