What, exactly, is it that YOU hear on Fox News? I don't watch it, so do tell.

You would be vastly better off in a social democracy, just like the rest of the 99.9%. That is why the overwhelming majority of people in Northern European countries support a strong social safety net, meaning; universal programs. You are just one accident away from disaster in America and it is killing the middle class.
Totally agree. If we're doing free lunch in schools, EVERYBODY gets it, not just the poor people who's parents don't bother to work. The US has one of the worst welfare systems because it is income dependent, meaning those who still need it and work don't get it while those who don't work have an incentive not to. The solution is to have universal policies. Will it cost more? Yes, but you will also benefit more.

And the rich love the income depenedent policies because they pay the least amount possible while avoiding obvious moral dilemmas like having people dying outside of hospitals for lack of payment.

I've voted for Obama both elections and cannot stand Fox News.

Sorry, but most Democrats aren't lazy socialists. Sanders supporters are giving Democrats a bad name, just like the crazy religious nuts in the GOP are giving Republicans a bad name.

He won't even make it to the November ballot.

If anyone thinks he will beat out Hillary, I have bridges to sell those gullible folk.

I wouldn't be devastated.

what I like about Bernie Sanders.

1. Time and time again, Bernie has voted against free trade deals with China.

2. Bernie doesn’t “support” Israel over the Palestinians. He believes both have the right to exist, stating:

“…the bottom line is that Israel must have the right to exist in peace and security, just as the Palestinians must have the right to a homeland in which they and they alone control their political system and their economy.”

Bernie came from a Jewish background, and he is American first.

3.Bernie believes the United States cannot and should not lead the effort to defeat ISIS on its own, and believes a coalition effort with nations in the Middle East leading the effort is the best way to combat ISIS.

4. Stop corporations from using offshore tax havens to avoid U.S. taxes. Each and every year, the United States loses an estimated $100 billion in tax revenues due to offshore tax abuses by the wealthy and large corporations.

what I dislike about Bernie sanders

His policy and view regarding living wage, free college to all, climate change,

But maybe these are minor issues. I don't know.

But I think he is better than Hillary, and he is better than ANYBODY in the Democratic party.

Plus, he sounds like a very nice guy with no hidden agenda. I like him.

I am not sure I would be voting for him because his policies are crazy to me. But I don't dislike him.

My first reaction would be happiness that the American public has finally reached the point of intellectual maturity to reject the psychopathic capitalism that so embarrassingly defines The United States today.

That happiness would quickly be merged with skepticism that the two capitalist political parties that control American politics, and in turn the plutocrats who control those political parties, would allow Sanders to pursue any substantive part of the agenda for which the American people had elected him.

It really doesn't matter, unless he is going to run this country by fiat, you see, there is also a congress to deal with.

If Bernie Sanders wins, it is because he manages to increase voter turnout substantially. That will mean a Congress in Democrat hands.

Stop already, the government totally sucks now.
I am considering quitting both jobs and working off the books and signing up for welfare, Medicare and whatever else. It's starting to look financially more rewarding than doing the right thing.
2 full time jobs? Have you asked yourself why you are being paid so little that you have to work 80 hours a week to make ends meet?
