Look, she's already been proven to be a pathological liar over and over again. She goes as far as putting on a fake southern accent when speaking at engagements in the southern states. She will say, do and sign anything to further herself. The sad part is that many people either don't care or are too caught up in their ideology to see her for what she really is.
Nothing, not even telling the relatives of the people killed in Benghazi to their faces, a false reason their loved ones died is too big a lie. The icing on the cake was when she told one of the relatives she was going to get that guy that made the video and she did by putting him in jail.
How she gets away with all of this and much more is mind boggling. And people will still vote for her. Stop drinking the cool aide and wake up people!
Because having a private server, which was not allowed under record keeping laws, allowed her to keep her work emails from being overseen by Congress. If she had nothing to hide, why would she not want Congress to see her emails?
And before you say something like "Because Republicans would pick on her", put the shoe on the other foot and ask yourself if you would want a Republican Secretary of State to hide his or her emails from a Democratic Congress.

Legally she is on the hook but it seems that people that get in their way are scared of them so they seem to have a lot of power and people in places who protect them for some reason and the reason may be they all have some things they don't want the world to know.
