First of all what type of idiot is he to state publicly on tv that john edwards should endorse him? Who even said edwards like him? Now he is claiming that we should vote for him because he can beat mccain. And I am like hold up didn't he and his campaigners just whine about hillary saying this about him? So why is it ok for him insist he can beat others but they can not say the same to him. And I am wondering what are the employees of the LA times thinking of endorsing him? I sure hope the readers are a lil smarter than the writers/editors/owners. If his attitude can't wake voters up to what he is than we americans are doomed. And I think I may just move to canada.

He lost my respect ( even thought I wasnt voting for him) when I heard him say, "illegals taking Americans jobs" is just a cop out. Considering I know many( including my husband) that have lost their jobs to illegals, I find that offensive.

Yes this has been one of african americans biggest complaints but since obama said it is not true he is allowed to get away with it. But had it been hillary she would have once again been called a racist liar. Obama has to feel so lucky because he gets to escape dealing with any real issues because he has sold so many gullible americans false hope lol.

Please define "false hope." Please demonstrate why Obama is guilty of "selling" this and Hillary is not. You may use a calculator.

I was glad Hillary acknowledged the problem, instead of telling people who HAVE had their lives changed that they're "scapegoating."

I would imagine that sort of talk, on top of his bizarre assumption that having driver's license = less hit and run for fear of being deported makes him the weakest candidate on immigration. Added to the weakest (by adopting a REPUBLICAN) position on Healthcare, AND a naive foreign policy, and it's apparent he's high on his own sense of self-satisfaction.

Oh, I thought he said "immigrants" were not taking jobs...I don't recall him saying anything about illegals?

Spin, spin, spin.

So then why did his ANSWER have to do with things like "providing a path to citizenship" and "securing the border"?

Everybody in that room knows they were talking about ILLEGAL immigration.

Present company excepted, of course.
