This really smacks of desperation from Trump. He probably knows there's no legal standing for the accusation, but he's just trying to see he can plant some doubts in the minds of enough low info voters who might be considering going for Cruz.

Potentially "a little more here - a little more there" it adds up.
Apparently NOT when SCOTUS keeps insisting U.S. citizens have no standing to question the eligibility of their elected leader. As if what a POTUS does has no effect on U.S. citizens whatsoever. What a joke our country has become. /disgusted

i'm pretty sure that all the birther nonsense that did get submitted to the SCOTUS ( orly taitz comes to mind ) was rejected without comment.
No, all federal court appeals have been deflected for "lack of standing." As if what a POTUS does has no effect on U.S. citizens whatsoever. What a joke our country has become. /disgusted
