At the last debate, Kasich just kept on talking and butting in and nobody wanted to hear him anymore. I swear some of these guys are just clueless. Everyone in the room and at home was thinking, 'Please just shut up. We get it, you have executive experience. Now be quiet and wait your turn.' And then two minutes later, you'd see him flailing his arms around like a muppet trying to edge in another comment. The guy is soft on illegal immigration, is a big mouth bozo, and just needs to go so we can leave the debates to the real contenders.
In fairness, Trump has some good points to which you alluded (the fact that he despises the PC bulls#it and that he is not beholden to anyone); I do think that these qualities are appealing to independents and many moderate Republicans.
The problem is that some of his rhetoric is very incendiary, and because of that, he would lose the the votes of women and Hispanics by a margin that would doom a Republican in a general election. It would be nice if there existed a candidate with Trump's good qualities but who did not possess any of his liabilities.

Take your fingers out of your ears and blindfold OFF..BO has deported a recorded deportations in his first 4 years..THUS designated "Deporter in Chief"...BUT that was NOT enough for Pubs..YET somehow..Trump and other's suggest they will deport ALL illegals..plus any and ALL Syrian Refugee's..BUILD that BIG BEAUTIFUL WALL....KILL ALL ISIS..MAKE PUTIN succumb to American wishes..Ohhh What else???
AT WHAT cost?? Reasonableness ...IT can't and won't happen//given claim of debt/deficit constant fears since 2010...WHO THE HE$$ is going to pay?? No tax increases..increase Military..sending those military over @ risk..deport with NO fundings..American Citizens with NO infrastructure funding..banks profiting++ Corporations profiting++ and funding politicians+++ which is tax deductible BTW....and the BEAT GOES ON!!

Besides whatever number of illegals he may have deported, he cancelled it all out by dictating amnesty and work permits for DREAMers. Not to mention, before he was stopped by the 5th Circuit Court, he dictated amnesty for illegals who birthed anchor babies.

You have no clue what you are talking about. The government has been saying there is11 million illegals here for several years. It's probably closer to20 to 30million illegals. This is not counting their illegal anchor baby children who have been given fake citizenship.
Illegals cost between 100 and 200 billion dollars a year. I deal inn facts.
Boehner stepped down in large part because the electorate turned on him for lying about doing something on immigration if the (R)'s would be put back in power in the Senate.
What Kasich is doing here is saying "yes, the party lied to you about getting tough on immigration if you put us back in power".
Does he really think that will be a winning platform?
