Ahead of Caucus, Donald Trump Tells Iowans 'You're My Bosses' - NBC News
I don't really care about what he's saying about the guns, but I do like how he's looking humble to the Iowans. I've been thinking that he should be having this image a bit more for some time now to get many of these voters to turn out. Hopefully they will.

Yep, would have probably prevented or stopped an attack or maybe in the presence of gun an attacker will opt of a full blown IED or some nasty bomb like they do in Iraq, Afghanistan usually killing tens of people at a time......very shortsighted and politically pandoring of Trump.

So now employees should be bringing their guns to work with them? Seems like a bad idea to start having people with a gun on them at all times....besides, it wouldn't have done much to prevent something like this from happening.

Dmitri, I swear I'm not picking on you. You just keep writing very interesting threads I want to respond to. I didn't even see you started this topic until I clicked reply.

Trump is in very dangerous territory when he makes this comment about San Bernardino. Yes, Berdoo is in California, but it's a very heavily armed place. Gun violence has wracked this city for generations. Lots and lots and lots of gun in the Inland Empire. Lots and lots and lots of gangsters using them to shoot up each other and innocent citizens. Most of the people I know who live in Berdoo, and I know lots of them, are armed. It would be crazy to live in that town and not carry a weapon to protect yourself.

I don't favor gun control. I'm with Bernie on this one. The Second Amendment should be protected, but places like San Bernardino are why so many liberals advocate for it.

Yet where the actual terrorist event occurred, people were not allowed to carry guns as ordered by state law. It's like this in every place where mass shootings take place. People are not allowed to carry in order to protect themselves.

Just one person with a CCW could have put a quick end to this and saved some lives.

I doubt Trump knows ANYTHING about San Bernardino.......except for the fact there was a mass shooting there and he wants to capitalize on it.

Do you mean like Obama & King Hillary who want to push through gun control on the issue?

Nope. Trump is, as usual, saying whatever comes into his head. He's VERY good at running his mouth.

I doubt Trump could find San Bernardino on a map if someone gave him a head start by saying "California is the long, skinny state. You built a golf course there."

Prevent? No. Have fewer casualties, maybe. A gun stopped a mass murder from happening in Moore OK, with only one casualty by the hands of the radical Muslim.
