Two differences:

First.
  • FDR was nominated for President by the DNC via a fair primary process.
  • Bernie Sanders will never be nominated by the DNC for President because the primary process today is rigged to nominate Hillary Clinton.
Second
  • Bernie is against the entire concept of TBTF banks, bailouts, and no prosecutions of Banksters who get insanely rich at everyone else's expense.
  • FDR was the President who first defaulted on the $$ and then started process to give control of the currency to the Banksters. It's what led to TBTF.

Are you suggesting a Sanders/Webb ticket here? Webb is a moderate while Sanders is a far leftist. I'm not sure Webb would want to be on a Sanders ticket. I could see him going on a Trump ticket more than a Sanders ticket, especially if Trump ran as an independent.
