Maybe he is looking at this writing: Jeb Bush Passes Marco Rubio, Moves Into Third Nationally - Breitbart Regardless of how much support he has, there is enough money to last him through the primaries.

That article is a bit disingenuous. That is among just Republicans. Take that filter off an JEB falls to 4th place. Most states have open or partially open primaries where Independents & Democrats can vote in the Republican primary.

This wasn't a SUPER PAC that really raised any funds. Jeb certainly has issues, but unless the fundraising figures that are due out by the end of the month show differently he still likely will have the funds to keep going, be it direct funds or indirect Super PAC funds fighting on his behalf.
