I'm really surprised by how good he did in Iowa and the fact how well he's leading in NH is a testament to two things. Both his campaigning ability and the shortcomings of Clinton's. Heck, if this was the 2008 group running Sanders may even be running away with the nomination.

I'm currently planning to vote for him in the MA primary

New Hampshire February 9 and Vermont during Super Tuesday March 1. I suspect his run will be over after the March 15 primaries.

Unless Hillary is much weaker than polls suggest.

Well, although they denied it, he won Iowa. Since they took that from him, I suspect they will take the others also should he win.

Sorry state of affairs.

I wouldn't be surprised if you're right. His lead in NH is pretty crazy though. I can't find more recent polling estimates, but he's still trailing considerably in MA.

At any rate how well he's done is a pretty good sign if you're a good amount to the left life I am. It's tough to believe he's done so well in a party that nominated John Kerry not all that long ago.

I listened to Sanders on CNN the other night with Anderson Cooper and thought he did a great job of getting his points across. Hillary followed and just sounded either shrill or lifeless...Sanders came across as much more interesting and vital.

What's interesting and encouraging is that he is raising more money than Clinton for his campaign now (not including super-PACs of course). I would never in my wildest dreams have believed that. He got $3m in just 24 hours after Iowa and 40% of the donors were first time donors! So he has alot of money to run a competitive campaign till the end.

This latest poll conducted in Nevada (which is the week after NH) showed him only 4% behind Clinton there, so he has made very large gains there: http://overtimepolitics.com/pollingd...oll-Nevada.pdf

I think a good showing in NH will be a big boost in MA too.

Those fundraising numbers surprised me too. However, the Clinton campaign may be waiting for the big cash donations until AFTER she wins the nomination. It would cut down the effectiveness of Bernie's "You're in the pockets of Wall Street" line.

I predict the Great State of Colorado will go for Bernie!

No matter what the primary results, Bernie is in until the convention.
For him, it is about getting the message out.

Plus, what if Hilary is led out of the convention in handcuffs?
