Rubio isn't too consistent. We need to dispel this fiction that Rubio doesn't know what he's doing. He knows exactly what he's doing. He just really really likes to repeat himself.

Not as hard as Rubio is to get his message out there. He's a machine. The man repeats himself more often than Teddy Ruxpin. I'm just happy to know he has more than one cassette.
