Wealthy donors drawn to Rubio White House bid after Bush drops out - AOL

Here's what I would love to see happen

1) Trump is president
2) He will raise hell in Washington. I firmly believe he will stand this pay the rich give lip service to voters on its head
3) the folks who pander to the rich will float to the surface by voting against him
4) he will lay them out on the voting alter for voters to decide
5) they get replaced with people who don't pander to the rich
6) walla new government

I have a dream! 😊

Now out Rubio or even worse, Hillary in there and we are just more royally screwed.

So, do you just "copy and paste" this to all the Trump threads now?

Cruz has no chance. Nobody trusts him.

Trump will come close, but he is too pro-America. America this, America that. It scares people.

Rubio is the perfect GOP candidate. Just like McCain and Romney. And he doesn't speak from the heart, which makes him sound a lot better.
I take it your post is meant to be humorous? A "perfect" GOP candidate would be a winner which we all know that Rubio, McCain and Romney were not.

Who gains the most when the GOP field shrinks? | MSNBC
Just a little clue, MSNBC is, perhaps, the most liberal media outlet and there interest is in promoting a GOP candidate that can't beat Hillary's pantsuit off thus anyone other than Trump. Anyone that is watching the dynamics work can see what is going on. It is much better to actually think for yourself than to let media think for you. That is one lesson that Trump is trying to get out to the people of our country.

LOL

Trump is part of the rich elite. Do people honestly think that if he would be in power he would do thinks to harm his fellow 1 percenters and their money? He could only be president for a max of 8 years. Why would he make decisions which would harm himself down the line or his family and children?

So what? Rubio had all the blessings of such folks in SC and elsewhere, and it got him just barely into second place. Trump was poised to win Nevada even before his SC victory. If he wins that, it proves that these endorsements and ground games ring hollow, at least for Republicans.

He is the rich. He has benefitted from pay the rich, give lip service to the voter. He has been the one pandered to through the years. Why do you think he went after Bush so hard? It was because he didn't think he got his money's worth from his donation to him. You are handing the keys to the henhouse to the fox.

If no candidate wins a majority of the electoral votes, then the House of Representatives selects the winner. Do you believe they would choose Trump?

It would be beneficial in these discussions if people actually read the constitution, wouldn't it? Most people don't realize this, although it is over 50% of the electoral college, not the popular vote. But with 3 strong candidates, that is a real possibility.

Yes, yes I do and hopefully he will get the chance to prove me wrong or right. I believe he's sincere in his love for America and that he wants nothing but good things for the poor and working class.

If they upend Trump they have two choices:
-They can choose an establishment candidate, whom nobody would turn out to vote for, causing a repeat of 2012.

-Trump can run as an independent and defeat the establishment candidate. He may lose the general, but the RNC's choice will also be defeated, and they will be blamed for handing the White House to Hillary, not Trump, who'll have won the primary but been cheated. That will cause the RNC to likely lose in 2020 and maybe a few more elections as people will be disgusted with them.
