It it truly sad to see just how corrupt our political process has become.
I am afraid Trump will win so I applaud their effort.

I don't think it has anything to do with being liberal, for Clintons, for Democrats, for Trump...they are 100% for ratings/money...put Trump on, people watch, there is controversy and he is so unpredictable so who knows what he will say or what will happen. Purely for the eyeballs and money, its that simple.

In the 50s people used to see a communist under every bed. Now it is Trump. The reason Trump is on so much is because he commands the news cycle. In the middle of the campaign Rand Paul went to Africa somewhere to treat patients. That is fine but it won't get you on TV. In an 8-person panel there is at most one Trump supporter. Even that is too much for you?

CBS Chief Les Moonves Says Trump's 'Damn Good' For Business

Quote:
According to the head of CBS, the foul-mouthed presidential candidate is "damn good" for the network and the "money's rolling in" thanks to his antics.
Quote:
"I've never seen anything like this, and this going to be a very good year for us," he said at the event. "Sorry. It's a terrible thing to say. But, bring it on, Donald. Keep going."

Yeah I mean, let's be honest. None of the other candidates will be that controversial. They are all playing it safe/politically correct.

If he does win. It will be interesting if that changes politics entirely. Will the whole slick, politically correct rhetoric/pandering that we have known in modern times be a thing of the past.

Everyone in the news media wants the most outrageous candidate to win so they have "breaking news" stories to tell. And Trump is playing them for all that they are worth.. Good for him. He makes them look pretty foolish.

It's all about the money. Trump brings ratings so all the networks talk about him non stop.

Just because they're covering him doesn't mean they support him.

CNN is still, and always will be, the Clinton News Network.
