Thing is, this is Clinton territory so she may get hurt here.

I don't like open primaries at all, they should all be closed and only registered members of that party should be allowed to vote in them.

If this says anything, it's that Democrats will have a huge advantage in Ohio when November comes around especially if Trump is the nominee.

Good point. But how do they know that these switchers are voting for Kasich, not Trump? Maybe they asked. I dunno.

Open primaries are not cool.

Yeah I am not a fan of them either. I don't really see the point. If you want to vote and be a part of a party you should be required to be from that party.

This interesting year, many Dem's vote in GOP primaries to avoid Trump, and many GOPs vote in Dem primaries to avoid Clinton. It truly should be a great year for an independent/thirty part candidate.

Why, are they scared of running against Trump in the General?

Lemme guess, another ploy from moveon.org?

Agreed, it's pointless for non-party members to have their say in who should get the nomination. Thank goodness I live in a closed-primary state!

" Apparently huge numbers of Dems are switching to Republican in Ohio to vote for Kasich. "

And why wouldn't they? Look at how he's been talking.
