One in a row, he's on a roll.

By 2020 he'll overtake Trump.

Lol, nothing crucial about it, but that "brokered convention" (outdated and meaningless term, BTW) is rich. Kasich said he's going to secure the nomination--not win it.That's because he won't win it. So he must think the nomination is going to be wrestled away from Trump or Cruz, two men who arent pushovers, and handed to him. Which makes him even loopier than I thought.

Not too many people are saying brokered convention anymore. It looks like Trump dominates enough to take it.

Confidence attracts votes. Better to say I'm going to be victorious than maybe I'm going to be victorious. Everyone wants to follow a winner even if it's not certain they will win.

Kasich is the sane candidate and the establishment/RNC's last hope.

Let's just say this makes it much more interesting (and Bush 1 cannot even walk, nevermind run).

Had Trump won Ohio, that would be it, and we would have to listen to an insufferable bore/boor talk about how great he is for months on end. Now, it is possible that there will be someone other than Trump as GOP nominee. Trump might get angry and run third party. Or his choice may be that Trump is the nominee, but with GOP overlords (Art of the Deal and all).

Also, Kasich is a momentary hero, having blocked the rise of Trump, who is still unpopular with the majority of the country (yes Trump fans, hard to believe, but true!). Or maybe Kasich could actually rise in popularity. That is why it's interesting.

Now, anything can happen.

And he could probably win a lot more states if he wasn't so very much pro illegal alien. That was also Bush's downfall among a few other things.

How can Ohio declare winner with only 9% of the votes counted?

He didn't block Trumps rise at all. He won his own state which everyone expected him to. No big deal. I think most of your post is wishful thinking and far fetched, with all due respect.

He has an 80% approval rating in Ohio. I'm happy he won personally. Good job OH.
