Yup, he will not win in the general if Hillary is the candidate. The funny thing? NO GOP candidate can beat Bernie.

Yes -- the good news for the Trump cult is that Trump will probably be the nominee.

The bad news is he will probably lose.

Wow! Then I guess you have nothing to worry about if Clinton gets elected ... It will simply be business-as-usual on the beltway ... with more of the same we've seen over the past 8-years (... or at least as long as the "free ride" lasts and the 'music stops' and someone has to actually take some responsibility for governing the country and paying the bills). Good luck on that plan!

Yes, and trump had just about zero chance in the primary because, you know, the polls & media tells you. And polls never change from now until Nov 2016. They only go in one direction, usually a subjective direction, based on one's bias. And we have some fine, fine fortune tellers here on CD I tell you.

I digress..... on the predictions/polling of trumps chances in the republican primary not so long ago, "all the polling on donald trump you need to know about":

Here's All The Polling On Donald Trump You Need To Know About

"11. His favorable ratings are terrible, and most Republicans would never even consider voting for him"

And of course that crazy/just an actor guy reagan could never beat carter:

Whatever makes you feel good OP. Recent or past history means nothing of course. Please continue.

Clinton peace and prosperity

vs.

Trump racism, death, chaos, and tax cuts for the rich that will lead to another recession/depression.

I choose Clinton's peace and prosperity, as any sane, rational, logical American would.

Its nice that Hillary is beating Trump, but its kind of like rooting for your AIDS to kill you before your cancer does, end result and suffering are still similar if not exactly the same but with different side effects.

Great. It is all over for Trump or any Republican because they will not have a chance in Hell of winning.

Now you and about six other C-D posters can quit starting numerous, daily threads on that evil dude Trump because the 'science is settled'.

I was thinking more like 4 1/2 of them considering possible aliases and "other" factors.

When it comes to this stuff, people sure are......interesting, aren't they, especially when some appear to be so happy with politics in our country?

Then again:

"Twenty-six percent (26%) of Likely U.S. Voters think the country is heading in the right direction, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey for the week ending March 17."
