Wars and regime change in Iraq, Libya and Syria are "pragmatic". More wars coming up with Clinton is "realistic". TPP is "realistic". Why is a Democrat from New York a neo-con who is endorsed by other Bush neo-cons?

This is becoming the mantra of the corporate "third way" Democrats. "No we can't" is the slogan and people wonder why there is so little enthusiasm for Hillary. She is getting slaughtered by voters under 40 and independents. This is the reason why.

What has the Republican party done to:
a) improve the situation of black voters
b) even give then one reason to vote Republican

You should read through the linked thread below.

In my opinion, conservative solutions are much more effective for people (black americans very much included) than liberal ones. That said, statements such as yours are actually hurting the GOP's opportunity to engage black people.

If you're perceived (by black americans) as having a negative opinion of them, it will be very unlikely for them to even consider what you have to say. Your statement implies that they're too stupid to know what is best for them and are voting against their own self interest because of their stupidity. Perhaps you could start by gaining insight into their main issues/concerns and why they think the (D) party is better at delivering solutions than the GOP.

Trump says he will be better than Obama when it comes to Helping black communities

Yet her overall lead is comfortable, so what's your point? In terms of age demos, she leads with voters under 30, not 40. 40-ish voters are roughly evenly split. Since under 30 are a minority of voters, again, what's your point? Her overall lead is strong, so getting 'slaughtered' by a narrow demo isn't saying much. She's also getting 'slaughtered' by Republican voters, for what that's worth.

In terms of foreign policy, she only slightly more conservative than Obama, so it's unlikely she'd support efforts for regime change in the middle-east. Her foreign policy views are more conservative than mine, but still preferable over any Republican; that's what's most important to me.

There are a lot of conservative policies that African Americans find attractive but the Republican Party has a remarkable talent of saying or doing something that closes the door on African American support.

Agreed. At least at the local level.

Like what? Some older AA are religious and somewhat socially conservative, but in terms of economic issues the vast majority favor Democrats.

School choice/vouchers/charter schools would be one, as would taking power away from the teachers' unions which prioritize their own power over students' educational outcomes.

If given an accurate portrayal of conservative vs. liberal economic policies, I think many black americans would prefer the conservative approach. When the conservative approach is portrayed as zero regulations and tax cuts for millionaires and billionaires at the expense of the poor (which is all lies), then the polling data or views will be different.

Nothing remarkable about it. The far right economic agenda of the GOP is an agenda funded by the ultra rich. The 0.01% of the people is who they serve. This is an agenda NOT supported by the overwhelming majority of the people. In order to get a majority of the vote they are forced to appeal to different elements of society who look the other way when it comes to economic policies.
