What? Health care for all is not an ultra liberal position. The overwhelming majority of Democrats support Sanders' positions on the issues. There is nothing "ultra liberal" about Sanders. Do you think rural areas which he time and time again wins over Hillary is "ultra liberal"?

He is a JFK, FDR democrat. The positions he hold are majority positions held by the people of America. Thats why JFK and FDR are two of the most popular presidents in the last 100 years.

Hillary is a weak general election candidate when she cant win the swing voters like Sanders can. African Americans and lifelong democrats over 60 years old are NOT swing voters. They support Clinton 80-20, but they will OVERWHELMINGLY support Sanders in a general election as they are the most loyal democrats imaginable. Unlike Asians, unlike independents, unlike young people, unlike the white blue collar workers. All in Sanders' camp.

Because she continues to put forth the message the issues that Blacks face are caused by Whites. The adverts she ran here in NC with Trayvon Martin and BLM speak to this. She knows how to play the game of race huckster. The results speak for themselves.

and how many non-youths know exactly the reason young people vote a certain way.

The premise of this thread is based on an unlikely wet dream of Bernie supporters. Since Bernie and Hilary have always been the only plausible Democratic contenders, of course they're closer in terms of percentage than the Republicans. But even after this wknd, Hilary still leads by over 250 pledge delegates. She's also heavily favored in several upcoming, populous states (MD, NY, PA). After these primaries her lead will probably about 400.

At that point the only thing that could save Bernie would be an overwhelming win in CA - as in at least 80%. Polls indicate Hilary has a small lead there, so even if Bernie manages an upset, it's highly unlikely he'd win by a substantial margin.

Thinking Bernie has a plausible chance is based in political pornography, and porn is mostly fantasy, not reality. Just don't be too upset when he isn't the nominee.

Which is exactly why Hillary hasn't thrown many punches at Bernie so his approval ratings remain high. If he was the Democratic nominee he would see more attacks about his past stances that would make those approval ratings drop

The map shown wasn't drawn up by the "Hillary camp" and if you look at the numbers of whom they considered to be "non-white" they are vastly larger that the African American populations, so you are doing a lot of assuming to feel insulted.

Hispanic communities in the south and southwest are some of the poorest people in the country, same with blacks. Internet penetration is very low in these areas. They often work long hours and are not generally tuned into politics like people in the west or New England.
Talk about insulting.

To suggest that Sanders will "burn down the house" and promises pie in the sky is simply far right rhetoric
Ah, burn down the house is Bernie Boy rhetoric, not mine. Do a casual search of these forums and you'll find who is throwing the term around and who isn't.

I'm sorry my friend but far right baiting doesn't change the fact that proposals like free college in every state isn't pie in the sky I don't know what is, and I remember when there were free state schools.

MLK was a self-professed democratic socialist who mocked precisely this rhetoric as a tactic by the elites to preserve the status quo.
Oh, pulease.

I would argue that if there was an actual Republican candidate like a Paul Ryan who could actually argue policies they would bury Sanders in a debate (not that I would agree with a Ryan argument) they would simply kill Sanders on the dollar amounts that Americans just aren't willing to spend regardless of the argument.

A self avowed "socialist" just like a religious fundamentalist, stands no chance in the general election.

Cruz won't be nominated. Sanders won't be nominated.
