The GOP should focus on Hillary and Bernie and Obama and not their own candidates.

The real opponent of the GOP is anyone who funds their own campaign and wants to get rid of lobbyists and cronies . The establishment on both sides want to keep the lobbyists as the Senate and house grow rich and do Nothing for the American interests OF THE PEOPLE , such as jobs, security, and accountability in government. Washington is so corrupt that anyone who wants to create jobs, common sense action to protect the citizens, and make government accountable is blocked in any way possible to become president. This scenario happened before Trump. Ross Perot fought against NAFTA. Perot knew it would send jobs to Mexico. The establishment fought against Perot and the American people lost jobs and many people went on welfare.

Then WHY would an alleged outsider who allegedly wants to get rid of lobbyists and cronies choose to seek the nomination of and to represent an establishment party in love with lobbyists and cronies?

As a Democrat, I think it's great that the GOP is still infighting and likely will be doing so until the GOP convention in mid July. This means the Democrats will be out of the crosshairs until then because the GOP will be focused on all the hoopla associated with a brokered convention.

It would be hilarious if someone other than Trump gets the GOP nomination at a brokered convention AND if Trump then runs as a third party candidate in the general election.

Trump is causing a lot of problems for the GOP both for 2016 and for years into the future because women and minorities, especially younger voters, will be less likely to favor GOP candidates for a long time, courtesy of Trump.

Because that is his best chance to get elected.

Neither of the two parties used to be this way, they have grown corrupt, and somebody need to fix them. That can only happen from the inside.

As someone registered as unaffiliated I would've had a lot more respect for Donny (and voted for him) had he chosen to run as an (I) with the possibility of giving both major parties a smack-down, they are both very deserving of one.

The establishment is not just part of the problem; it is the problem. Not every Republican is a true conservative, and it's a damned shame that they can't get a grasp on the big picture. This election season is our very last chance to save this country from a hostile takeover from Communist liberals, and it's time that all Republicans unite now and put their petty differences aside. They will get the blame from me if, God forbid, a Democrat wins the White House again. There won't be any excuses left for Republicans.

I am old enough to know that the Republican party was pulled left and takes the stand of the Democratic party. The Democratic party is now the socialist party. Neither party fights for the American worker. Washington is so corrupt the people no longer gets representation. It evolved to social issues only. The States should handle social issues. The federal government wants to control every area of our life but does not protect the interests of the people and does not uphold the laws of the land that suppose to protect WE THE PEOPLE.
