Lol. Have you ever seen the Sanders supporters? Every. Single. Time he loses, they claim Hillary stole it.
They are not only lying, they are rudely interrupting rallies, bullying people and using GOP tactics to bring down another Democrat that is...oh, wait. I forgot. Bernie has never been a Democrat and pledged he would never run as a Democrat. His goal isn't just to lie and tear down Hillary Clinton, it's to destroy the party.

It remains unclear if only the statewide delegates are impacted by this or if the Congressional District delegates could be as well. With that being said, it does appear that at this point at least Sanders will get 7 of the statewide delegates and Clinton 5, it was previously 7 for Clinton and 5 for Sanders (they are split in groups of 5 and 7). So for now at least it looks like Clinton 18, Sanders 17 instead of the 20-15 estimate in Clinton's favor on Caucus night. Of course this could all change yet again as this was only step 2 in the process, (the final step is in May), as well as more clarity with the Congressional District tally.
None of that will make the slightest dent in the outcome. Clinton v Sanders won't come down to who "won" the NV caucus. The long and short is Clinton picked up more than enough NV delegates to keep her on the winning track.
But we know he wants to take people's money and he's already said he wanted to steal Hillary's elected delegates, this is just proof.

There are these "first hand" reports on both sides about what happened in Clark county. There really hasn't been any evidence that anyone on either side wasn't suppose to be there.
Will there possibly be more similar flips either way in other states?
Potentially, there are a handful of districts and states where one candidate or the other was close to getting an extra delegate in so would only need a small change from the initial caucus result to see a change.
