They are not only lying, they are rudely interrupting rallies, bullying people and using GOP tactics to bring down another Democrat that is...oh, wait. I forgot. Bernie has never been a Democrat and pledged he would never run as a Democrat. His goal isn't just to lie and tear down Hillary Clinton, it's to destroy the party.

So for now at least it looks like Clinton 18, Sanders 17 instead of the 20-15 estimate in Clinton's favor on Caucus night. Of course this could all change yet again as this was only step 2 in the process, (the final step is in May), as well as more clarity with the Congressional District tally.
None of that will make the slightest dent in the outcome. Clinton v Sanders won't come down to who "won" the NV caucus. The long and short is Clinton picked up more than enough NV delegates to keep her on the winning track.

Will there possibly be more similar flips either way in other states?

Ironic, isn't it?
To win a state that has the most land owned by the Federal government... and pays no property taxes, etc, etc.

There, fixed it for ya.

But we know he wants to take people's money and he's already said he wanted to steal Hillary's elected delegates, this is just proof.
I just finished reading these 2 articles.

"The average voter doesn’t care that he faked an endorsement from the AARP, or that he snuck his employees into a union cafeteria. However, all Americans understand an entire state being “stolen” from the candidate who definitely won it. Everyone remembers Florida in 2000. This is even more blatant, and even more easily understandable."

Serial cheater Bernie Sanders tried to retroactively steal Nevada from Hillary Clinton today

"According to numerous first hand attendee reports across Twitter, the Sanders campaign tried to stuff the room with people who weren’t supposed to be there, filling it up and apparently preventing some of the actual county delegates from being able to physically enter the room to cast their proper vote. The police had to be brought in to remove some of the people who had illegally packed the room in the name of sabotaging the proceedings. According to what is a vote tally, Sanders has now “won” Clark County even though he lost the popular vote there. "

There are these "first hand" reports on both sides about what happened in Clark county. There really hasn't been any evidence that anyone on either side wasn't suppose to be there.

Potentially, there are a handful of districts and states where one candidate or the other was close to getting an extra delegate in so would only need a small change from the initial caucus result to see a change.

Democratic Delegates Count: Sanders Adds Nevada Delegates | Heavy.com

All of these 5 reports state that only 12 are affected by yesterday's results
23 are tied by feb 20 results
So it's still 18 Clinton to 17 Sanders.
