After a week or so since Trump's comments about abortion, just turned on the local news. They STILL couldn't stop talking about Trump's comments about abortion. Go to CNNPolitics - Political News, Analysis and Opinion? At least a couple of links about Trump's abortion comments.

Now, in the same local news cast. Did they mention Hillary's just as bad gaffe about calling out fetus as unborn child and Planned Parenthood having a meltdown over it [Planned Parenthood Exec Slams Hillary Clinton For Calling A ‘Fetus’ An ‘Unborn Child’]? Nope! Switch channels, anything there? Nope. Hmmm, don't seem to see ANYTHING on CNN's main politics page on that either. THERE IS VIRTUALLY NO MENTION OF HILLARY'S ABORTION COMMENTS ON MAIN STREAM MEDIA.

So anyone who says the media is unbiased or is against Hillary is so full of ****, they would explode on contact. The mainstream media and major cable news sites like CNN are so in Hillary's pocket, it's ridiculous.

Because what Trump said was actual news. Had you ever heard an thing like it by a politician? I haven't. And I'm old!

The Hillary BS is merely semantics. Stuff that the pro-birthers like to bring up to push their agenda.

Yawn

Call it unborn child, fetus, sperm ball, who cares? Abortion is still legal. Hillary didn't propose that we "punish" all of those who are anti-choice.

THAT would be newsworthy.

When asked by Todd “when or if” an unborn child has constitutional rights, Clinton responded:
Well, under our laws currently, that is not something that exists. The unborn person doesn’t have constitutional rights. Now, that doesn’t mean that we don’t do everything we possibly can in the vast majority of instances to, you know, help a mother who is carrying a child and wants to make sure that child will be healthy, to have appropriate medical support. It doesn’t mean that, you know, don’t do everything possible to try to fulfill your obligations. But it does not include sacrificing the woman’s right to make decisions. And I think that’s an important distinction that under Roe v. Wade we’ve had refined under our Constitution.
That is the absolutely correct statement of the constitutional law. Until a baby is born, it does not have constitutional rights.

Yes, it's true that a majority of states have enacted the so-called feticide statues that enhance penalty when a pregnant lady is killed. But it is a stretch to say those statues confer constitutional rights to the unborn fetus/baby . . . . the SCOTUS certainly has not ruled as such.

So, please don't take quotes out of context.

Since you didn't obviously either bother read why Planned Parenthood was upset by what Hillary said, nor understand the significance of this, you obviously are a Hillary shill.

Let me spell it out for you. The problem is Hillary described a fetus as a person. That is explicitly what Planned Parenthood and abortion supporters DONT want to do because all "persons" have constitutional rights, including not to be killed. All laws up to now explicitly define fetuses as NOT a person, otherwise you cannot have an abortion. Understand? So Hillary opened up a huge can of worms here. Too bad the media and Hillary shills don't care.

Actually Hillary's comments are worse than Trumps, because what Trump said does not re-open existing abortion law validity, while Hillary's comments DO reopen the debate on if abortion is constitutional or not. Too bad Hillary shills want to sweep this and a ton of other things under the rug.

If you do not think establishment Republicans want the same things establishment Democrats do, you really are clueless, aren't you.

Re-read your quote with my emphasis. She referred to fetuses as an "unborn person". If a fetus is a person, and we agree ALL PEOPLE have constitutional rights (else I'm assuming you want to go back to slavery?), then abortion laws are by definition unconstitutional. That is why fetuses are NOT referred to as people under abortion laws, else they would be unconstitutional. And that is why Planned Parenthood is going nuts over Hillary's comments. To bad Hillary shills don't understand this.

Even worse, Hillary says certain classes of people do not have rights? Seriously? The last time that was said was when we had slavery. I really don't think she was serious when she said this, was she? She's a lawyer so she should know better.
