New Jersey guy flies a Trump "Make America Great Again" flag outside of his home near Monmouth University campus. Gets a ticket for illegally posting political signage more than 30 days before an election. The only problem is the NJ primary isn't until June 7. So far his flag has been ripped down 5 times.
