If there is one city that should have shown gratitude to Republicans it had to be New York City. It was Bush who went after Bin Laden and routed the out of their hell hole in Afghanistan. 4 years later, NYC went whole hog for Kerry.

There is no reason for Trump to debate Cruz. Everyone has made their choice and Cruz needs to just live with it. Plus, I would feel obligated to watch and Cruz just makes me ill.
