Regardless of how people perceive what the clintons have done for black people, why do black people even demand politicians to do something for them in the first place?
This is the part of the BLM that I can't stand.
Suppose tomorrow I decide to start selling drugs and stealing from Walmart. Then when I get arrested is it fair for me to blame Obama for it? No. I'm ultimately responsible for my actions.

Perjury and violating a persons civil rights should be punishable by more than just public service.
For years and years the police got away with lying about things like this. It's obvious that the prosecutor withheld evidence. What happened to him? Nothing.
All I'm looking at is the massive amount of support African Americans supporting Hilary and it simply doesn't make sense when you look at her or her husbands record
I'm an East Asian American. My boyfriend is white, although he came from a white trash background (from his own words, not mine). I don't recall ever seeing any movement remotely close to an "East Asian Lives Matter" or "White Trash Lives Matter".
I stated earlier in the thread. I have a very simple solution for the BLM people. Stop smoking crack and dealing drugs and watch the AA incarceration rates plummet.

Many of the blacks are like many of the homosexuals, they simply don't want the truth; it isn't a new phenomenon, tough, it's been raging throughout history.

71% of kids in the AA community are born out of wedlock. I suspect this is a contributing factor to the high crime and incarceration rate in the AA community.
Full disclosure. I'm a homo. Back when I was a cop, I used to hang out with this psychologist (also gay). He's also black. He was running a program called another chance where he would work with convicts in prison toward achieving parole. I used to volunteer to sit in their sessions and share my experiences to these guys as they listened intently and talked about how they grew up, how they got involved in crimes, and how they intended to turn their lives around.
The one universal thing I've found working with men is they all at some point admitted that growing up they were expected by everyone around them to impregnate as many girls as they could. Some kind of status symbol.
Crime was in decline before the bill was passed and evidence has no shown it was the decline in lead in poor black communities that really dropped crime. It had nothing Do with locking everybody up and aggressive policing
The reality is the clintons never have done crap for black people and have actually been much more harm than good.
The dems are just as bad as the republicans
It's difficult to take present-day values and apply them to 20 years ago. That was a 'tough on crime' era. Everyone wanted to be tough on crime and if you weren't ~ then you weren't elected. Period.

While you will not admit to it, that is the bottom line complaint with BLM....that for decades the police have been able to get away with it at the detriment of their communities.

I don't deny that there are POS cops out there. I used to work with some of these POS's. I also saw many actions that I objected to, like overuse of force and treating everyone (EVERYONE) like criminals.
Having said that, the AA community's part in the high incarceration rates are undeniable.
You seem to be fixated on this fantasy notion that if we get rid of corrupt cops that the AA's incarceration rates will go down.
That's not how it works. It takes 2 to tango, as they say. I fully support crackdown of corrupt police conducts. I also fully support the AA community to look within themselves and make corrections.
And no, 71% of birthrates outside of wedlock is not a good thing. I'm a homo and even I recognize this.
