Its really sad. We would still be living in the stone age if people had this total lack of willingness to fight for what you believe in and the mentality of "no we can't".

The same "pragmatic" and "wait, not now, later" arguments were used against both female suffrage and the civil rights movement.

I am also glad that Mort Zuckerman, owner of this sleazy rag and a plutocrat worth $3 billion decides to endorse Hillary. It shows who is on the right and wrong side. The owner would pay a lot more in taxes under Bernie and he sure won't allow that. That's "not pragmatic".
Bernie has a very long history in the Senate of making NO compromises; carrying the weight of his socialism on his shoulders.

Compromises MUST be made in order to move the needle - even just a little. There is ANOTHER HALF of the country that despises even the thought of socialism. Does Bernie realize that? He won't just be governing the people that show up at his rallies - he will be governing the entire country and they want nothing to do with single payer and free college. So . . how will he get that passed?

More gridlock in Washington is the LAST thing we need. So far, Sanders the endorsement of only one of his co-workers.

You know this is a lie, so why do you repeat it? I think this is a major problem. Corporate media is not there to inform people. They are there to entertain and distract so people dont know the record of the candidates. That is why people under 45 (known as "kids") who dont watch corporate media that much overwhelmingly support Senator Sanders over Hillary while Hillary crushes him among the people over 70.

Vermonters absolutely LOVE him because he DOES INDEED get results. You dont become the most popular senator in the country by "having a very long history of making no compromises and getting nothing done".

A clear MAJORITY of the people want a medicare-for-all single payer system by the way. Its literally absurd to suggest that people despise minimum wage, health care or public schools.

Results? Sanders couldn't even get single-payer healthcare passed in Vermont.
