They asked Trump if he planned to try to lower the U.S. corporate tax rate. For a reason. It would work better than any tariff to bring jobs home.
If that's what they said, they are playing him for a fool.
Lowering the corporate tax rate would do nothing for American jobs.
You would see some corporations move HQ's back to America, but only
executive offices. All the manufacturing would stay in China.

Lower the U.S.'s to lower than China's--theirs is at 25%.

The real truth is, Donald stayed up late watching Bonanza reruns, so he "met" with Hop Sing (Victor Sen Yung) while eating a Trump Stir Fry dinner. He LOVES the Chinese you know!
