Hillary Clinton is limping into the New York primary today,
with no momentum, no message and a splintering base.

My prediction is that Bernie Sanders will score the upset
and beat her tonight, on massive strength from rural
upstate New York.

Within NYC, Bernie will lose, but not by enough to erase
his domination upstate.

This result will shake the Democratic Party establishment
to its core. There will be another major debate, and it will
be widely discussed that if Bernie edges her in California,
it will be the Democrats who have a contested convention.

All Bernie needs is a win. Even if it's only by 1 vote, because if he can deny
Hillary the nomination by pledged delegates before the convention, and if
he wins New York and California by any margin, she could be abandoned.

Democratic insiders are increasingly afraid of a Clinton vs. Trump matchup.
They fear that his nickname "Crooked Hillary" will stick like super glue.
They fear Trump's similiarities with Sanders on foreign policy and trade,
and the fact that Trump does not plan to eliminate any welfare benefits
including Medicaid will be enough to convince millions of Sanders voters
that Trump is a better option for their future, especially the under 30 crowd.

Hillary's strongest states are Trump states !
Bernie's strongest states are Swing states !

This political reality could spur enough Democratic Superdelegates
to shank Hillary at the convention.

Sanders running mate will be Elizabeth Warren.

Like your screen name, Sanders has a snowball chance in h**l in winning New York or the Democratic nomination.

Because of having family in NY...I know how much they
love Hillary...I think she will win there.
Bernie is very well liked wherever he goes, too.

My thing would be how could Hillary stand to lose there, what a blow that would be.

Bernie just sent in a letter to the DNC protesting the fact that Hillary was raising money for Democratic down ticket candidates. There isn't a hope in hell the superdelegates will switch to him.

And no, Democrats are thrilled to be running against Trump. If you were actually a Democrat, you'd be aware of that.

btw, how are Bernie's strongest states swing states, when Hillary kicked his ass in all but one of them?

No doubt that is what those secret fundraisers where no press is allowed is about. Even George Clooney is now saying it's bad business.

I have quite a number of friends in NYC area who are HC supporters, but are not voting because they feel that he will not win either way. Silly reasoning that may help Bernie if many feel this way and don't want to deal with the long lines.

Lightbulb I predict Bernie Sanders will win the Democratic nomination

I predict that in 8 days, we'll be hearing all about Hillary's "new momentum" and Bern's difficulty in reaching the required number of delegates.

"They" will make sure that Bernie does not win. There is a lot of money invested in Hillary and she owes a lot of favors and one way or the other, "they" will collect.

You ask "Who are they?" Your answer: https://www.opensecrets.org/pres16/c...p?id=N00000019

Seriously, Hillary is and has been bought many times over. She is political prostitute getting in bed with anyone/any corporation that will pay her fee.

Hillary for Prison 2016!

Bernie could take NY. There is some area's from Long Island up to Albany that could favor Clinton make NY a tight contest. Bernie has to do really strong in the Queens, Harlem, Bronx, and Staten Island. Somehow make it close in areas like Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Westchester County area.
