You don't know that.

There is no shortage of evidence that Hillary has committed espionage, so yes, she, and her staff are the targets.

The FBI Director has come out and said it is a criminal investigation against HRC regarding her private email sever. I do not know how much clearer this could be. It is not the new source who is reporting it, its what he said in plain old English.

They gutted General Petraeous for keeping a few documents at the house of the slag he was sleeping with in Charlotte. He's done far far more for the people than Hillary Clinton has ever done yet his military/professional career was ruined over it.

In contrast Hillary ran the State Department's business for 4 years on an amateur server sitting in a bathroom in Denver with unknown number of people accessing it, including Putin's own FSB. Obama kisses her for it.

The double standard is clear. Hillary is being protected.

There is a double standard and Hillary is being protected. It shouldn't take this long for the FBI to figure it out. They are handling it with kid gloves because heads are going to roll when they find her guilty. If the heads of the FBI are brave enough to charge her then Obama will pardon her.

There is a class of people in this country that are above the law and Clinton is in that club.

Obama promised us the most transparent administration ever and what we have seen hasn't been pretty but what did we expect from a President that interjected his office and the attorney general into local matters where the police shot a young black wanna be thug which set off riots and marches?

Is he on the side of the thugs or the law?

He's on his own side. He won't do anything that will hurt the democratic party and put his own legacy in jeopardy. Nothing else much matters to him at this point with only a few months left in office.
BTW, if the FBI recommends indictment those agents working on this case better be prepared to be personally audited by the IRS. We know how they are used as Obama's strong arm against those who disagree with him.

Indeed. It was in fact under his watch that the State Department went totally off the tracks under Hillary Clinton. He did after all pick her to run it.
