Because Hillary Clinton left the state department in January of 2013, and ISIS didnt exist until about June of that year.

What we are dealing with is beyond the scope of Hillary's, or Trumps, or any one individuals potential plans.

The war being waged, the war called terrorism, is spreading fast. And although terrorism has been around a long time, the infiltration into the U.S. has happened exponentially since the creation of the internet (my opinion anyways), and relatively invisibly. It's very difficult to combat something no one truly understands or can see with clear eyes.

Anything but the real reason.

i.e. Decisions she made as US Senator and as US Secretary of State has led to the the rise of ISIS and Islamic Radicalism. No wonder she & Obama won't say the phrase.

Then again we are talking about a woman who can't even win a Democrat primary without the rules being rigged for her.
