I think most Americans are beginning to realize that POLLS are propaganda and are used to manipulate public opinion.
Sheep are afraid to buck the herd.
But people aren't sheep.

I'll probably vote for Trump. I don't support a complete Muslim ban. But I would support selecting a few countries which are hotbeds of terrorism, and putting a ban on immigrants from those countries. Or at least raise the bar way way higher as to who we let in. And subjecting these immigrants to more stringent monitoring for a few years, with the option of revoking their visas based on any affiliation with extremist.

I'm skeptical about polls too. And in this election especially, because Trump has been so demonized by the media, that I think that a lot of people won't admit that they support him. I really can't tell what is going to happen. All we've been hearing for the entire election is that Trump won't win, but he did.

I thought it was dumb for Trump to congratulate himself. His proposal to ban Muslims is one of the greatest ideas he's had.

Yes, Trump occasionally has diarrhea of the mouth. He still has my vote. He's far, far, far better than the old Cankle Queen.
Actually, that idea isn't new or his. Jimmy Carter imposed a travel ban to/from Iran in 1979. Trump has borrowed the idea and called it a Muslim ban.

Individual Muslims are not the problem - ISLAM is.
Sounds contradictory, but Islam embraces both peaceful Muslims and bloodthirsty Jihadis.

This video on Political Islam is very disturbing.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t_Qpy0mXg8Y

From Jihad in Islam by Sayyeed Abdul A'la Maududi, one of the most prolific and most widely read and influential Islamic writers of the 20th Century:
“The goal of Islam is to rule the entire world and submit all of mankind to the faith of Islam. Any nation or power that gets in the way of that goal, Islam will fight and destroy.â€
= = =
Eternal jihad until all are converted, dhimmi, or dead.
Convert, Submit, or DIE.
No other option.
= = =
If you advocate the overthrow of the U.S. government, you're in violation of the SMITH ACT.

By their own scriptures, Muslims embrace the destruction of all non-Islamic governments including the constitutional governments in the USA. That, alone, is a federal crime.

See: 18 U.S.C. § 2385
https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2385

America will eventually have to :
• Ban Islam,
• Close all Mosques,
• Deport all Muslims.
Or
• Convert, Dhimmi, or die.
. . .
No other options exist with respect to that totalitarian political system hidden behind the veil of religion. No other religion teaches that it is moral to lie, cheat, steal, rape, kidnap, molest children, engage in necrophilia, and murder - as long as the victim is an unbeliever (kafir).

FOUNDERS QUOTES
in support of the claim that
ISLAM has been at war with America from the beginning.
“We took the liberty to make some enquiries concerning the ground of their pretensions to make war upon nations who had done them no injury, and observed that we considered all mankind as our friends who had done us no wrong, nor had given us any provocation. The Ambassador [of Tripoli] answered us that it was founded on the Laws of their Prophet, that it was written in their Koran, that all nations who should not have acknowledged their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as Prisoners, and that every Musselman who should be slain in battle was sure to go to Paradise.â€
- - - Thomas Jefferson, Letter from the commissioners (John Adams, Thomas Jefferson) to John Jay, 28 March 1786, in Thomas Jefferson Travels: Selected Writings, 1784-1789, by Anthony Brandt, pp. 104-105.
https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Thomas_Jefferson
(Digest version : We consider all mankind as our friends. Their response : It is their right and duty to make war upon all infidels, and make slaves of all they could take as prisoners.)
“The precept of the koran is, perpetual war against all who deny, that Mahomet is the prophet of God. The vanquished may purchase their lives, by the payment of tribute; the victorious may be appeased by a false and delusive promise of peace; and the faithful follower of the prophet, may submit to the imperious necessities of defeat: but the command to propagate the Moslem creed by the sword is always obligatory, when it can be made effective. The commands of the prophet may be performed alike, by fraud, or by force.â€
- - - John Quincy Adams, 6th American President
https://www.apologeticspress.org/apc...7&article=1142
(Digest version : Koran imposes perpetual war against infidels. Convert, dhimmi, or die... no other option.)

Any candidate or voter who is ignorant of these historical facts about ISLAM'S incessant war on AMERICA should educate themselves ASAP.

Not me. I'm a Trump supporter and I think he will lose. The Orlando massacre killed Trump. People just rather Hillary. I'm still going to vote for Trump if he's nominated...but hillary looks like she'll definitely win.

I thought Trump would roll when he took lead over hillary last month. But obviously most Americans prefer Clinton. ..I was dead wrong.

I don't get all the hate for Trump...but I understand that most people don't share my views anymore. It is what it is. Hopefully the voters make the right choice with clinton.

Would you rather vote for this guy?
Saying you'd torture, target family, dip bullets in pigs blood doesn't help our Soldiers on the battlefield and helps recruit lone wolves.

All that can be said about this poll is that 51% of the people who answered the phone were against Trump's response. In this case that means 501. LOL

[thread fail]
Not to mention there's no way in hell "1000 adults who answered the phone" even knew what the caller was talking about. Most Americans can't even name the current vice president.

There's still a lot that could happen between now and November. Trump gets my vote. I don't understand the hate, either, except people believe what they see pundits on TV say. Look at all the fools who still say Trump hates women and is a racist. Nothing could be further from the truth. I call it the Sarah Palin syndrome. It's disgusting behavior from people who should know better but can't seem to grasp a clue.

Trump has a problem with his mouth. He doesn't think before he speaks and isn't a trained word salad politician. He just spews forth with whatever is on his mind. In part, that's what people like about him, but it's time he learn to express himself better.

It's a shame, really. He has what it takes to redirect America, but because of his own blustering and foolish rhetoric, he will likely lose. That America will chose a serial liar makes me ashamed of my country.
