There were plenty protesters and quite a few arrests, there was very little media coverage of it compared to normal because the media knows it just builds support for Trump.

That was nearly a half a century ago. Meanwhile, just two nights ago we saw Heidi Cruz being surrounded by security and escorted off the convention floor because there were fears for her safety among the Republican delegates.
