Now that we know their names, I thought it would be in order to dissect each Vice Presidential candidate and see who will prove to be the strongest pick.

So who do you think will benefit their running mate the most, perform the best in the VP debate and ultimately win over more voters?

You forgot none of the above. In this election perhaps more than any other, no one is voting for the VP, it's the top of the ticket one way or the other.

The last time VP made any difference was the McCain/Palin debacle, although of course not in the way they wanted.

That is the case much of the time, but I think because both of the presidential candidates are flawed that the VP matters a lot more than usual.

I think Tim Kaine really balances Hillary--they think alike on a lot of issues, and they know and like each other. He's also the kind of nice optimistic guy and solid family man who appeals to suburban women. I think Trump and Pence are like night and day, do not complement each other and appear awkward together. Pence already appears to be somewhat uncomfortable. I have a feeling Pence and Trump will really dislike each other by the end of the campaign, and these are vibes that cannot be disguised.
