Like him or not his 8 years were better than what we have seen over the past 2 administrations.

There has been a lot of speculation that he has parkinsons. It does look like it may be true. Extreme fatigue is a symptom.

I think he probably wants to take it easy. Healthwise being in the White House probably won't be the best thing for him.

To be fair though it was pretty late at night , I think people of any age could be tired that late at night.
