Not possible since the 30K emails are about Bill Clinton, yoga, Chelsea's pregnancy, Chelsea's husband and Chelsea's home (10 million dollar penthouse in NYC), etc. All personal stuff.
The FBI has made no mention of how many of these personal emails were recovered, they recovered "several thousand" that were work related and never turned over to State through various techniques. Ultimately they have no way of knowing what is missing.
Should be obvious/common knowledge,,I said it last year about the IRS/Lerner emails.. Now, According to ex NSA official and Ed Snowden, The NSA has all emails and the fbi could get them if they wanted to, EXCLUSIVE
Aaaand so isn't the DNC. Which, to anyone's knowledge, is the only email server that was hacked.
One part time IT guy using off the shelf software is no match for the resources of someone like Russia. From Comey's statement:
