That’s one way to explain why Donald Trump wasn’t content only launchingTrump University, the now-shuttered real-estate education organization that’s the subject of extensive litigation, and extensive allegations of fraud. Around the same time, he also launched the Trump Institute. The two organizations shared some characteristics in common. Both offered matriculants the chance to get rich quick on real estate, using tricks from Trump. In both cases, Trump claimed falsely that the “faculty” were handpicked by himself. And in both cases, former students alleged that they’re been ripped off with useless materials and worthless lessons.
The lawsuit is the only legitimate thing you have on Trump, and of course Trump is only one of the people named in the suit. We also don't know how much involvement Trump has in the issues being brought up in the suit.
There is 39 ative lawsuits against the State Department for what Hillary did while SoS.

No, he sold his name to a group that was running the Trump U program.
The extent of his involvement has not yet been determined. In fact, the main basis of the suit is the lack of his involvement.
It wasn't Trump that was running the programs, it will be hard to pin much, if any of the blame on him.
