Constitution doesn't even cover either of those. It doesn't even mention immigration or the laws that surround it. Your second point is just nonsense and makes no sense at all.
Dictators don't need no stinkin' Constitutions! How could he ban the press and punish those who write/say mean things about him if he is forced to abide by the stupid Constitution?
Throw those bums and their bothersome Constitution out! Trump and the cult want no part of that document.
Republicans used to be very proud of supporting the Constitution.
A reality TV show host comes along and tells them the constitution does not apply to him and their ok with that.
