Go to the court and make such a claim. We have laws, they exist for a reason and the reasoning in this situations, is "information by act of theft" is non admissible.

Assange is not an American and Snowden has shown he's a Traitor to the Nation and has sought refuge in any place without an extradition treaty.
Trump has exposed himself, and what's exposed is not suitable to be in the Office of the Presidency. That's a continually demonstrated fact by his conduct, his words, his attitude and his disposition, as well many other factors.
The drama about some Emails, is pumped and pandered to by the Republican Right, it amounts to nothing and the Justice Department has made its ruling. "End of Story".
Benghazi, as facts displayed, Republican held funds and the fact of the sequester was in place, of which the Republicans could have pushed for increased funding for security sake. The CIA was there to gather intel, and they did not pre acknowledge any attack, yet they knew they were themselves being hunted.
No one truly knows what set these people off at the particular time they went on the assault mission, it may well have been a book, film or anything else, that they felt it was an opportune time to strike.
Ambassador Stevens ignored a great many cautions, and in the middle of such conflicts,he was there with 2 guards with pistols, when the regions was saturated with weapons seized from Quadaffi's stockpile.
And all Republican can think is to try and blame Hillary. It's about as absurd as it is insane. We had no security funding to have troops near by, nor air cover, by helicopter or fighter jets.
These are issues that go far and beyond to the level of Republican Congress, setting up no win situations because they could. Then pointing fingers and pushing blame.
Get real people, American has real and true issues, and our biggest issue that we keep kicking the can down the road, is bigotry, racism, segregationist, and ALL the madness that is has created for generations and decades!!!! Until we face that, we won't grasp to understand our economic challenges are tied to those very same things. Go back to understand how we got were we are. Ask yourself, IF we knew that "Steel Builds Nations" way back in the days of Carnegie and JP Morgan, then why would PRESIDENT Richard Nixon, ship our Ore Processing and Steel Mills to China in 1969 through the 1970's, and what followed was every other core industrial production commodity that once built this nation. YOU WANT THE ANSWER>>>>> Because, Civil Rights Legislation Passed in 1964, which means, that Minorities, Women and Dire Poor whites would have been able to join Unions and work their way to a middle class life and push for economic parity with the white males of American Society. This was a time when not only did much of white america not want even Civil Equality, they detested the thought of Economic Equality for Minorities and Certainly not for Women too, and they had very little care and concern for the poor whites, as they saw poor whites as simply acceptable collateral damage. Richard Nixon pushed for the Confederate Minded Anti Civil Rights Southern Democrats to come over to the Republican Party... and they did, since then, they have been pushing the same Antebellum Agenda for decades upon decades, and they more they push their agenda, the lower American falls on every level and in every category.
Now we have a nut case, trying to push that agenda to the point to invoke as well as provoke, it to get back into the street madness seen in the 1960's.

It's actually much simpler than that. It comes down to competence. Who do you want, someone who is competent enough to handle the job, or someone who has proven he's not?
Using that criteria, the choice becomes very easy.
