What's the saying? These people know what their bread is buttered with. And they are Christians living in a town with an evil government. Blacks and other races get along just fine in our fine state. We love each other. Fancy that. We even go to church together.

North Carolina has a lot of very successful black people who would benefit from a tax break too. They are probably tired of supporting lazy people just like the rest of us.
